adoptee (9-27-66: phoenix, arizona) looking for birth parents

This is a long shot, but I do know someone who gave up their son around 66 or 67. The mother lived in phoenix and the father lived in Mesa, and he did bull ride, in rodeos. Have you tried to get information from the open adoptions in Arizona. The fathers name was Mike.
