Hospital Interferance

I was not permitted in the hospital at all. He yelled at me and did not even let me go in to say goodbye to the birthmom. When my husband asked to see the policy, he said whether it was verbal or in writing adoptive parents were not allowed in the hospital at all. Were our civil rights violated.
