10-11-71 looking for birth mother

I was born in IN. I'm looking for my birth mother. There is a little that I know, like she was young and had a son too. I was told that she done what she felt was best and I do understand. I done the same thing . I have one daughter at home with me, that has some health problems. I would love to find my birth mother. I think that her last name was Fields, I'm not really for sure.
