Yes, one spouse must travel to Moldova for the court hearing, but you could be there as short a time as 3 days and come home and then have your child escorted home to you after the 15 day wait period after court.

I HAVE BEEN TOLD ITS 3 DAYS BOTH PARENTS THE FIRST TRIP AND 3 DAYS ONE PARENT THE SECOND TRIP, WITH A POSSIBILITY THEY MIGHT ALLOW ESCORTS.....ANYONE CARE TO COMMENT?
WE ARE JUST STARTING THE PROCESS AND ARE LOOKING AT MOLDOVA & ST PETERSBURG.
