Luthunsa,delta, airoflot all fly international.

check with your adoption agency they will usually refer you to their travel agency who offers specials.

I checked all the adoption fares to Russia and they sure seemed high as compared to regular fares. I guess if you can't pintpoint your return date then the adoption fare is the way to go.
