F born 1978 LSS trying to find birthfamily!

My name is Rachel Anne Weaver. I was born May 1st 1978 in Hennepin county. My adoptive parents names are Roger and Mary Weaver. I was adopted through Lutheran Social Services around May 21st 1978. My birthmom was around 51 Had blond hair and blue eyes and was about 14 or 15 when he had me. I am Pretty sure she came from a single parent home. My birthdad was described to The social worker by my birthmom. His parents forbid him to see my Birthmom when they found out about the pregnancy. He was about 5Ғ4 had blond hair And blue eyes. My birthmom told the social worker he was of partial French Canadian Descent. I have more details about my case but these are just the basics. I am in Search of any or all of my biological relatives and would love to have a Relationship with them if possible or at least exchange photos. P.S. Bmom and Bdad, YOU ARE GRANDPARENTS!
