i am looking for anyone that has information on how i can recant my termination of parental rights in FL. The law here says once i sign it's a done deal, but there has to be a way around it. The adoption won't be final for another 90 days. I made a horrible mistake. When i signed onh with the agency months ago i was in a very bad place but have since turned my life around and now i am sure i can care for my son the way he deserves to be cared for. But i signed the papers with the agency and i was threatened if I changed my mind. PLEASE if anyone knows of ANYTHING i can do please let me know. thank you

Hello, My suggestions for you are to seek counseling (if you aren't already) and to advise an attorney.
Also, I have a question...This post stated you were threatened if you changed your mind and the other post you stated you were not under duress? I'm a little confused.
I can't begin to imagine how difficult this must be for you. You can get a lot of support from the birthmoms on these boards.
