Questions for Agencies

Hi: Does anyone know of any web sites, etc. that provides a list of questions to ask when meeting with someone from an agency for the first time? DH/I are looking into a few agencies but would like to meet with them first to find out about their services, etc. We would like to ask them questions to obtain more information than what they give but not sure what to ask. If anyone has questions that should be asked could you please let me know or provide me with some web sites, etc.? Thank you for your help. :)
