I was born on May 3, 1960 in Wheeling WV , Birth parents names on my birth certificate was father Darvin Martin age 43 when I was born and mother was Nellie Blankenship age 37, was told by social worker from wheeling department human services that i also have 2 brothers, this social worker was the one who was in charge of my foster care at birth and also who adopted me out when I was 2 years old. Any and all information is appreciated. :( :)
