Adoption Answers

Could someone tell me where to find a book or website that has answers that one can say to people about their adopted child! I did see a website somewhere, that gave the best, positive answers to say, if someone would say"This is your Adopted Child", there is a positive way to answer those questions. Any help would be apprecited!
