I had a childhood neighbor growing up who too was adopted. He and his sister was adopted actually. We shared the only information we knew about our birthparents with each other. I remember him was always proud to say he was born on Shaw airforce base. I'm not sure of the exact birthday...but I know we were the same age, and in the same grade growing up. My adoptive parents and his still live in this neighborhood..I will be glad to pass along this information to him, when we cross paths incase he wants to contact you. Hope this helps.

hello glad i got a reply from you! but the only info i have is that he was born on shaw air base in nov 1973. my mothers maiden name was cynthia lorraine smith. her father was stationed there.she was 15 at the time.she was forced to give him up by her father.she really loved her son and still does and would like to find him.i would like him to know that he has alot of family .we would all like to see him .if you would please talk with your friend and she what kind of info he has and if you have any other info i would be so pleased.my home number is 1-803-481-5474 or call 1-803-481-2926
