Patricia,b. 8-19-1946 Morgantown, seeking birthparents

I'm searching for my mother's birthparents. Her birthname was Patricia and she was born at Heiskell Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV 8-19-1946. She was placed in a foster home until her adoption in 1948. Her mother was 21 at the time of her birth and she has 1 older 1/2 sister and 3 younger 1/2 siblings. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me find her birthparent's names? Thanks!
