Negative experiences with tucson "For profit agencies"?

Hi Foster and adopt mommies of Az! Just found this board and Im excited to share info. with the participants. I'm a fosterparent who is currently adopting 2 girls. Can anyone tell me if they have had any bad experiences with any Tucson placement agencies? In particular, the administration of private, for profit agencies?
