B.Mom's Name 1-7-58

I have just had confirmed to me that my birth mothers name was Patricia Satterfield. Also I was told that she was born in SC in 1942. Someone gave me a hint that I should look around the NC/SC border in small mill towns. She also had two younger brothers and a younger sister. I was born 1-7-58 in Asheville, NC. My bmother was at Faith Cottage Maternity home. Does anyone know if that is in North or South Carolina? I know thta it no longer exists, but would like any info on it and any on my birth family.
