I am a female,looking for Birth Mother and or father.I was born 10/23/61 in Newcastle County,Wilmington Delaware.I was born at 9:10 pm. I am 42 years old now and I am desperately searching, I've got after adoption birth certificate,but that is all. Can anyone help? I am trying to get original before adoption Birth certificate,but it takes time,about 60 or so days,hoping to get a break before that. Please Help and GOD BLESS!!! L.Harris
