I am searching for the birthfamily of my friend. He was born 09/07/1960@ D.C. General Hospital. His Birthmother's name -Evelyn Lorraine Cockrell.His birthname was Timothy Michael Cockrell. Birthmom lived on Colorado Avenue, Wash., D.C.. There were 3 older siblings at the time of his birth.2 sisters and 1 brother. Evelyn was at one time married to a man named John Forthun (spelling) who had moved to New york before the birth. He was adopted through private attorney in D.C. and left hospital with adoptive parents. Evelyn's mother had worked as a cafeteria cashier at INS in D.C. and also made slipcovers and other sewing jobs on the side. Hopefully someone will know something and let us know. Thanks
