Suing the Foster Care Systems

I've heard that the state of Florida has lost a lawsuit where former foster kids were suing the state for neglect. I've heard there is one going on in Oregon two. I've heard that California has said they can't guarantee the safety of children in foster care. Who knows anything about any of these? I want to be part of this.

We live in Indana, and were in foster care as children here in Indiana. My sister who is now 24 years old is suing the division of family and children, and the case is just now getting started. She is suing for neglect, too.

please continue the fight. my nephews were abused and when reported it was overlooked. In court without the full story and a lawyer looking to make money we lost but i do have the case file for them when they are older.good luck
