Looking for mom, I was born 5-20-80

I am looking for my birthmother, I was born May 20, 1980 at St. Josephs in Denver, CO. I think her name was patricia and my birth fathers name was john. She was 19 and he was 25. I was adopted through Colorado Christian Services, and the case workers name is Donita Lampley. Please help me find her.
