birth daughter born scotland 1967

I am searching for my birth daughter who was born in edinburgh scotland in march 1967, she was named Julie Ann Leith but her adoptive name is Michelle. Her adoptive father was a service-man and was based in Scotland at the time and I think he was in the navy on the submarines.
