ISO ** or relatives M born in Lexington, 7-5-78

I am trying to find my boyfriends birth family. All we know is that he was born in Lexington, Ky on 7-5-78, his mother is white and father is black, she was 16 when she had him. I have even resorted to calling Carrol's from Lexington phone book with no luck. Unsure of the spelling of last name. Thinks his first name was George when he was born.
