I'm from Ohio too! Galion to be specific. It's a small town about an hour north of Columbus. But I can't help you with a homestudy agency since we used our local children's service board which I would NOT recommend. Our placing agency was Tree of Life Adoption out of Portland, Oregon for our Romanian adoption. Their web address is
