I'm searching for a boy born in the Seattle area of Washington back in 1974 or 1975. I don't have a whole lot of information. His mother's name at the time was Barbara Johnson and father was Raymond Matthew Cramer. He went by Matt though. He was only 16 at the time that you were born. Matt was my husband's uncle.
