No, I assume it was like Catholic Charities or Lutheran Family Services I guess it was in MO during the 60's. I believe it was a regular adoption service.

I was placed for adoption through Family and Children Services of St. Louis in 1965. The agency no longer exists, yet if your adoption was handled through this agency you can contact Lutheran Family and Children's Services.
