Grandfather was adopted

My grandfather was adopted as a baby. The only information I have is his birth name, "HARMON" would have been his parents last name. To my knowledge, the records have been sealed and were never opened again.

My grandfather was born in Virginia and adopted by a family by the name of "ALLEN" - This took place in Nothern Virginia, anywhere from Warrenton to Manassas, Woodbridge, etc. My grandfather would be around 65 to 70 today.

Im curious to see if I have any other family out there, aunts, uncles, cousins that I've never met before.
