I am 26 hubby 26 also and we have 5 bio. children already the last ones were twins and we are considering adopting a bi racial african american baby girl, do you think we are going to be turned down by alot of the birth moms since we have 5 kids?
My understanding about LDSFS is that you won't be able to get a newborn if you have 2 children already. I think you can talk to them about "designated adoption" (where someone tells the agency specifically that they want you) & special needs adoption.
There are other places you could try besides LDSFS. Every birthmom is different so you never know :)

I have heard of the designated adoption and this is what we're most likely going to use/ this way i am pretty sure we can get the newborn still.:)
Hi,
Every birthmom is different and looking for different things for their child. Some may have grown up in a big family and want the same thing for their child. Currently, through LDSFS you cannot adopt through them if you have more than 2 kids, but that may be in the process of changing. The designated adoption option is still open because they do provide services for that. You can also go through them if you are interested in special needs.
Either way, good luck!
LBL :)
