i am searching for my 2 brothers bobby ray spencer and troy lee spencer....their fathers name was jeff spencer and their mothers name is cindy....birthdates are 05/07/1981 and 09/10/1982 or the years may be the other way around! they have a sister named misty and lived in woodward oklahoma when they were young children....bobby was born in williston north dakota and troy was born in woodward oklahoma.....if you have any information about either of these 2 then please let me know i am anxiously waiting to find them i have been searching for them for years!! please contact me at mistyt@itlnet.net

My parents adopted your biological brother "Bobby." Based on the information you provided in your posts I am 100% sure it is your brother. He is still in Oklahoma. The last we heard about "Troy" was that he was in a juvenile center in Colorado, but that was several years ago. Dad is going to talk to "Bobby" about whether or not he wants to communicate. But I just wanted you to know that he is doing fine and is still in Oklahoma. He is not married and has no children.
