Support groups??

Hi everyone!! I am a single AA woman who would like to adopt ( actually I would like to adopt 2 children eventually) within the next year or so. I already have a bio daughter, and would like a son. I would like to adopt internationally and I've been looking for a support group in Southwestern PA. I've seen a few on the internet, and have emailed them, but haven't heard back from them. Anyone have any good leads or advice?? Thanks, Monica
