I am looking for my brother who was born on 9/6/83 in Pennsylvania and adopted to a paster and his wife in Illinios. He was born in East Stroudsburg PA and he has 1 sister and 2 brothers. I am his sister and i would desperately like to find him and meet him if he would like.

My birth certificate says september 5th, I was told I could have been born the 3rd or 6th with my birthdate changed... I'm not quite sure, whats your last name? Did your grandmother care for a child at all before giving it up? I have very basic info regarding my parents, contact me asap
