In the midst of the "RMI primer" I posted a while ago was a downloadable Asian Development Bank report on poverty in the Marshall Islands. This file is a .PDF (Adobe) file, and you should be able to save it to your hard drive or a floppy disk. You can open .PDFs locally (without the internet) or e-mail them as an attachment. They are designed to appear and print the same regardless of the computer.
This file does have some nice (in terms of informative) images of the RMI.
