You seem to have a great deal of info. Instead of looking for your mother first since chances are she has gotten married and changed her name, try looking for the Spike man. Men don't have that pleasure of changing there last name. Also you might try looking on some of the search boards in the states where your siblings were given up. See if they are also might be looking. You could also try a State and Date of Birth search and with twins that would narrow it down quite a bit. God bless and good luck.
