We are new to this. We just applied to Reaching out for dual Bulgaria/Azerbaijan. Bulgaria is our preference though. Any info is appreciated. How are the children? We are looking to adopt a girl 2-3 yo. Any attachment issues? How is the wait. We were told that they are trying for 6 month, any truth to it?

Bulgaria is a wonderful place. I adopted my son from Bulgaria in July 2003. The kids are well taken care of in most orphanages and they are beautiful.
I'd be more that willing to answer any questions you have, feel free to pm me.
I think the timeline is up in the air right now, with the changes that took place in October, I'm not sure any cases have moved all the way through yet to determine a timeline.
There is a great group at yahoo that could also answer some questions you may have.
