Hi there!
I have to admit that I have never posted on any message boards before, so this is a little intimidating, and I hope I'm doing this right, but I'm excited as I look at all the different forums to choose from! Wow!
My husband and I are hoping to adopt a daughter from China, and have begun researching into different agencies. We are a little unsure how you go about choosing an agency! Any advice?
We are specifically looking at CAFAC and FOI. Any insight, recommendations? Anyone that's used one of these agencies and has anything good or bad to pass along about either one? Any criteria we should use in choosing?
Thanks for your help! I'm looking forward to using this forum more in our upcoming adoption journey!
Hi - Where do you live? My husband and are just starting to look at agencies as well - but we live in AB. We have looked into CAFAC and they seem good but we are thinking we are going to go with an agency here in AB.

My husband and I adopted our son through a private adoption, but now that we are looking into adoption once again, we need to find an agency. We live in Idaho and there is basically just the CASI Foundation, so we are looking at others as well.
If anyone has info on Spence-Chapin, AAA Partners in Adoption (in Georgia) or the CASI Foundation, could you please PM me? I'd really like to know others experiences, wait times, etc.
Thanks!
