looking for my husband's birth parents. he was born on april 11, 1971 at frankford hospital in philadelphia, pa. i believe he was adopted on april 13, 1971. we know little about birth mother except that she was 16 and catholic. we just want to know some medical history for children (5 month old, and 9 year old). thanks.
