I would love to give my husband the gift of filling in the missing pieces of his life.
He was born in January in Memphis, TN in 1976. We have applied for the identifying info with the state of Tennessee, but it has taken 3 years, with no response. I am now leaning on the shoulders of everyone in here to help.
So, where do I start? He is on every adoption registry that I can find online.
If this sounds familiar, please reply. All info would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend going through the state again. The waiting list is about a year long. Write them a letter requesting the information. Once they have received the request, you should get a letter from the state stating that you're on a waiting list. If you don't receive this letter after a month, write again. When it gets your turn (9-12 months later), you'll receive a letter saying that you have 6 weeks to pay $150 or you lose your turn. This is the only other route I know to take after posting on all the boards.
