looking for an agency

We adopted our son from Moscow in 2003. We are hoping to adopt a baby girl and are exploring domestic adoptions.

We really help on finding an agency or a facilitator. We would greatly appreciate your suggestions.

We live in Ohio if that matters. Also, are there any states that are more difficult to work with than others?
