Have filed pettion to break seal?? I did fgile the motion, and followed the system thru, and it took 6 months, I now have a wonderful relationship with my birth mother... If you have not tried yet, give it a shot. Once they grant the the pettition, the social worker does the work, it does work!!! To my amazement!!!!!!!
Good luck, but never give up!!!!!!!!!
