Born in Brockton, MA, DOB is a little obscure, but Shirley was never adopted and was raised in Foster care all of her life. She arrived, I believe at the home from the hospital, and was given up due to the need of several operations, still not sure of the cause of the operations, all abdominal.
If anyone has helpful info, I'm open to it, and she probably is ISO siblings only, given the age.
