ISO **/bf twin girls born 6/21/1980 hbg

I am in search of my birth mother or birth family. I have a twin sister, we were born in Harrisburg Hospital on June 21, 1980. A woman named Juanita helped my parents to adopt us, I believe through Catholic Social Services. I believe my birth mother's name was Sherry, I know that she had two children (a boy and a girl, I think). My birth father may have also had children. Would like to meet them, or have any information on them.
