Looking For Birth Mother

I am searching for my Birth Mother and Birth Father. I was born on November 2, 1970 in Philadelphia, PA. I was then moved to Somerset NJ and then grew up in Monroe Twp. NJ. I am now living in NC with my Second Husband John and 2 kids from my first marriage. I was adopted by wonderful people Stan & Elsa Blum when I was only a few days old. I was having some health problems the last 3 years and my doctor told me that they were genetic. I hope that I haven't passed these problems on to my kids so I need to find my birthparents so I can understand my medical history.:confused:
