ISO birthsiblings - M DOB 1974, F DOB 1977+

Hello, I'm searching for my siblings. I know very little about them, however. Brother - Birth name Ronald Ridd.ick Jr. DOB - Unknown exactly. He was a year older than me, and my DOB is 7/24/1975. Was nicknamed 'Queaky' or something similar, and was often called Ron or Ronnie. Born to Victoria Burkey Ridd.ick and Ronald T Ridd.ick Sr. in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Ronnie was adopted a year or so after me, so that must have been in 1978 or so. I was adopted by Nancy and Richard Dillon in June 1977. Ronnie would be around 29 or 30 now. From what I have heard, he was born in June of 1974 but that's not a definite at all. Mother was White, father was Black. I have a baby picture of Ronnie, in bad condition, but he is clearly visible. The date on the back is 6/3/75 and it says "Almost a year old" and "Queaky". Adoptions were open adoptions, I believe, and not handled via adoption agency, just through lawyers. I was born at Virginia Beach General Hospital. The only thing that I know of my sister is that her name was Lisa (I believe) and that she was younger than me. I also do not believe that she was Ronald Sr's daughter. I am guessing that she was born around 1978 or '79. Hoping to find you guys. I've been searching for almost ten years now, and I am no closer than I was before.
