DOn't know how to help you other than to suggest you contact children and family services if you spent any time in foster care or anything, or if your sister did. That might help. :)

I was born in RI in March of 72, but I know that my birth date is not correct. It was altered and possible my birth place was altered as well. How ever, the name Delmonico is a family name with in the family I was raised in. It might mean something.
