Baby Talk is in South Carolina. I believe in the Greenville area. There is only one adoption facilitator in North Carolina. The laws in NC are very strict on facilitation. You can not charge fees to adoptive couples. The only facilitator in NC operates on donations mostly from outside of the adoptive parents.
