ISO sister/half-sister

I was born in Washington D.C. in 1943 to Edna Hansborough, a widow. I was raised in private foster homes until age 4-5 when I was made a ward of the state and later adopted. I believe that I have at least one sister who may have been privately adopted. My birth name was Richard Hansborough.
