I recently ordered the Missouri Birth Index for the date of August 2, 1954 ~ 8/2/54
Although I don't physically have it yet, I would be more than willing to share it with anyone who needs it after I do get it :)

If everyone who has an index & is willing to share a copy with others, they should post the date on this thread. We might have a quite a few dates for future searchers to use if we do this, just an idea.

The Missouri Birth Index is an advantage to birthmother & birth-relatives searching for an adoptee. I believe the cost is around $28.00 and will provide a list of all babies born on one specific date ONLY THE CHILDS NAME IS LISTED - ADOPTED CHILDREN WILL BE LISTED UNDER ADOPTED NAME - no city or county - just names. Please pass this on to other searchers - this is one piece of information the state of Missouri does give out & so many don't know about it! Best of luck to all of you!

Hi,
I have a Missouri Search and Support Message Board and email list and we are trying to get everyone together that has a birth list so no one has to duplicate their efforts. If possible I would like for everyone to post it there. I will check with the mod's to see if I can post my website here and the lists that hold the birth list information.

The cost has gone up and is now 52.50 with the name that was givin after adoption only on it, and for one day month and year the you request all names will be listed that were born on that date in the state.
