Hello to all, any help would be appreciated. I have been married to my filipina wife for one year. She has a 10yo daughter. I'm in the military in S. korea with my wife and her daughter is in the phil. with her parents. I want to adopt her daughter. I would appreciate any useful advice or pointers on this matter. Thank You

Hi,
I only have a second, but don't give up hope. You can adopt her, and you need to write a letter to Dr. Lourna Laraya at ICAB, and she will head you in the right direction. Make sure you explain exactly what it is you want to do. I will find the address if you'd like it, it is in our adoption stuff! We spoke with her just a few days ago about this very thing!!
