Has anyone done adoption thru Adopt an Angel? They seem to be the only American Agency licensed in Bulgaria, but they do not post their fees or any specifics on their site, just the hotel where they like to stay... Any input is appreciated.

Adopt an Angel is the only American agency directly accredited in Bulgaria. I have emailed them back and forth a couple time but can never get them to give me a fee schedule. Plus it would take them several days to respond to my questions. Hope that helps some.
