Looking for aunt born in San Fran, Bay Area

My mom was born in 1947 in Oakland, CA. Her birth mom was from MO. Non identifying info said she was short, light brown hair, blue eyes. She was a bank teller when she gave birth to my mom. The info provided by the state also claimed that a 1/2 sister was born and placed for adoption about ten years prior to my mom's birth.
