Regional Manager
The Regional Manager in our NH office will provide overall leadership and direction for the office, and ensure that clinical services and business operations effectively support the mission and goals for the organization. S/he will be responsible for leading, managing and retaining successful clinical and administrative staff; overseeing casework and regional informational/educational services; ensuring quality of clinical and professional services; and collaborating with various shared/support services to meet agency goals and standards.
The Regional Manager will ensure compliance with all agency and state regulations. Other responsibilities include overseeing birthparent counseling, short-term foster care programs, community post-adopt resources, etc.
Must be a skilled clinician with MSW, prior supervisory/management experience, and a minimum of 5 years adoption or child welfare experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively problem-solve. The ideal candidate will be open and available to supervisees, able to enhance and build teamwork, and further develop skills and expertise of supervisees.
