Paying adoption fees

Does anyone know of any agencies that accept payment of the adoption fees via credit card? Normally I would never want to put such a large expense on a credit card, but I am thinking of applying for a an airlines miles card and then using the miles I earn to help offset my travel expenses. I know of one agency here in Maryland that accepts credit cards, but unfortunately they do not have a Bulgaria program. Thank you!
