Interior of Panama, judges, etc

Hey hey.

Anyone know anything about the orphanges in the interior of Panama, especially around Santiago?

How about any info on how the process differs than when dealing only with the the Ministry of Families itself instead of the DNA? Any word on what the judges are like out in the interior?

Judge Edgar Torres in David, Chiriqui is ok, but everything takes much much longer than you would expect, and you cannot rush them no matter how important it is.
